Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

If a clear pricing or listing error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

Once production or personalisation has started, changes may not be possible.
